A second place at the Belgian coast, 200m from the North Sea. This luxurious apartment is well equipped when it comes to home automation.
The inTouch L, located in the kitchen, activates its backlight by a motion detector that’s built-in in the cooker hood, nearly invisible. In the living room, bathroom and master bedroom, invisible speakers were built into the walls. Even for the terrace the same technology was used and stuck behind the decorative glass that hides a concrete wall. Small contacts were invisible integrated into the wooden frames of the windows. In this way we can prevent the owner from lowering or closing the curtains when the windows are open. A real benefit, when you take into account how windy it can be at the coast side.
