This building is situated at the heart of Paris. Hidden behind a common façade, one will find a beautiful mansion with a big garden, internal swimming pool, hammam, professional kitchen, etc.
This residence was previously equipped with an HFL home automation system. In co-operation with Intensia, a new hardware design was released to make the Intensia panels fit into the built-in wall boxes from HFL. The L-series panel with its black glass finishing and its aluminum brushed frame was transformed in a double black glass panel with a gold plated frame to fit it ideally in the different interiors.
The result is 32 heating and cooling controlled rooms, over a 80 dimmed circuits, about 120 switched circuits, music distribution in 31 zones, around 160 touch panels, blinds, push buttons and so many more. By far the biggest residential project driven by the Intensia home automation system, proving the robustness of its technology.
The interiors vary from high class European design interiors to classic French Louis XIV styled rooms. Intensia’s design with its simplicity and luxurious materials fits in every interior.
